Ernelesthorp Manor & Lodge

You helped contribute to my grans death. For 5 weeks we asked you to vaccinate her and you failed to do so. This resulted in her catching covid and passing away. I will never forgive you for this. The home is dirty and outdated with rude staff. Even the paramedics said is was a disgrace. Will be reporting.

12 months ago due to an accident at home and a subsequent hospitalisation of our loved one upon discharge they became a resident at Ernelesthorp. We have nothing but praise for them and all there staff. We are frequently updated by them with regards to the care of our loved one and can not fault them on the care they give to all the residents. Even over the last 18 months or so through the pandemic when things have been full on for them nothing has ever been to much trouble when we contact them. We have a really good relationship with all the staff and management and would not hesitate in recommending Ernelesthorp to anyone.

Nothing but praise for the staff and the home for excellent care my father received whilst he was there. Would highly recommend.

I would 100% recommend ernelesthorpe to anyone the staff are compassionate and caring and go above and beyond in their care for residents and their families.
