I've got friends who are also first time buyers and their estate agents are no where near on the same level. We had Helen as are estate agent from ODOS and she was amazing from start to finish. We wanted a quick turn around and Helen made sure everyone was kept in the loop and ensured our solicitors where up to date with what we needed.
