I’m very happy with the service I’ve received today by Joanna. She was very friendly and helpful, with a smile on her face. She helped me decide what to buy and has great selling skills. You are very lucky to have a great employee like her! I will definitely be regular customer and be happy to be served by Joanna again. Big variety of fresh and delicious sandwiches and baguettes! I really recommend this store.

Ordered three times from here and each time they forgot to include jam doughnuts... I dont underatand why they keep forgetting, maybe they dont have the item in that case they need to remove it from the menu or send something similar because you can only request a refund so many times from deliveroo before they black list you... Instead I think its safer to just stop ordering food from this shop so that I dont end up losing money.

Wenzel’s west hampstead I am so surprised about this place,food is so delicious,cheese and inion slice was amazing,i bought itand came back in 10 minutes to buy 3 more,so soft and melting,Alessandro was perfect he was very positive and he knows his job,even though he is new in the company he is giving his heart to this job, he said new management new rules everything is 100% fresh and indeed it was so fresh and even hot like right from the owen.Bravo,highly recommended.

My experience with Wenzel's bakery (West Hampstead branch - Friday 12 May around 2pm).1. I picked one loaf of sour dough" bread and asked to have it sliced. The guy who was serving grab the loaf from me with bare hand

Mohammed is very welcoming and accommodating. I absolutely loved the bread, but the chicken club baguette is to die for! Oh my gosh. If I could eat only one thing for the rest of my life, that would be it! This is my favourite chain bakery for both quality of products and the amazing staff! Keep it up and carry on being a smiley lad Mohammed! :)

I went into Wenzel's on the 13th May after 16:00, with my 3 children and were greeted by a lady and two gentlemen serving. All 3 were extremely helpful and amiable. They went over and beyond to make up a pack of yum yums for my 3 children; something of which, wasn't on the shop display. The lady even wrote their names on the box and I gathered that was something extra and I really appreciated it. All three staff members are a credit to the organisation and they all know about providing excellent customer service.

Bakery shop. They sell different types of bread. However, they are far away for the old-style bakery. The bead seems factory made and there is not good smell of fresh bread around.
