I got a coat that was 2 sizes larger then needed as per the hanger (m) and the actual size was XL. They would not exchange it due to company policy.A member of staff very arrogant.

Love the range of clothes especially their camping ⛺ gear.Also I have purchased several accessories as I find their range absolutely amazing.The staff is friendly and extremely helpful.

2 stars is because the manager at the Galleria was getting stressed and a bit curt as it was busy and only 1 of 2 tills was working. Felt for her but even so!As Black Friday, I found some nice bargains thanks!

Husband and I needed new walking shoes .We found some , the assistant was so pleasant, helpful explained they may come up smaller, she knew her stuff ".We both commented on how lovely she was

Visited today for the first time. The lady that served me was so nice and helpful. I wish I could remember her name. She went above and beyond and even saved me some money so definitely customer focused. I'll visit again and recommend to others :)
