Fieldbay
Hi good company to work for except the way they pay 5 days after the last day of the month except when there’s a bank Holliday they say they can’t organise it that we are paid before this means you don’t get paid some months till the 9th or later and no money early even at Christmas this is really bad I’ve worked my whole life and never been paid like this. May be this could be given some thought as people are fed up??

Fieldbay
I accepted a job at Fieldbay, attended 4 days training, a trial shift, and a half day shadow shift. I did not realise that I would not be paid unless I completed 1 months work. The home was nice, well staffed and welcoming, however it was not for me. I am RGN, not RMN and felt I could not give the service users good care due to my inexperience of mental health.I am however very disappointed that, despite travelling for the training, attending a trial shift, and a shadow shift the company refuse to pay me. I feel that this is unfair, and also feel that a full explanation regarding the complex needs of the service users should have been given. I gave up a job to go to Fieldbay, am now out of pocket and worried about funds over Christmas.
