I love this shop! I found the perfect pair of Dubarry country boots recently, they haven't been off my feet :)Thank you to the staff for all their help, nothing was to much for them. A wonderful experience, I will definitely be back!

What a refreshing change from the usual high street shops to find such a warm and inviting store, where staff give that personal touch to help you without being pushy.Some really gorgeous accessories too from lesser known brands such as Clare Haggas alongside well-known labels like Barbour, Fairfax and Holland Cooper. All nicely spaced out so you're not rummaging through rails and rails of clothing to find your size.I can spend a little or a lot here!

Not a great variety of stock for men, but managed to source something suitable. Staff seemed a little unsure of me for a while but were honest with their guidance and looked to outfit me appropriately rather than simply sell me as much as they could. Had more sizes been available , I would certainly have spent more money. Will visit again.

Absolutely brilliant staff. I find Fairfax & Favour boots too long for me (short leg syndrome) but love them and needed a pair. Nothing was too much for the staff - I ended up trying on about 5 different pairs to find the one that was comfortable for me and not once did anyone complain. I really want to thank the staff member who helped me because now I have a beautiful pair of boots that fit my short legs and are comfortable. You don't get this service shopping online!

This shop is amazing! It stocks all my favourite country brands and has a huge range. The staff are all really helpful and always on hand to make recommendations. Great if you're looking for gift ideas too. Well worth a visit if you've not been yet.

Fantastic store! Stocking all the latest designs from amazing countrywear brands. I'm on my 3rd pair of Fairfax & Favour boots from Rufford's. The lovely staff and friendly approach make it the perfect place to shop :)
