Looks great.

They not deserve even one star.I have a headphone with receipt and i found out it is faulty.I ask them for refund and they said in less than 10 minutes,you need to take a video from it .I need to get an other phone ready when this headphone start disconnecting.

Compared to other stores GAME always feels depressing and overstocked with things people won't buy, this branch is no different.The store is pretty big compared to others locally but yet it feels so incredibly drab and empty, there's a bit to the side of the till area with a few arcade 1up machines but they are often being crowded by groups of youth who are there for no other reason, the shelves in the middle of the store stock toys and tidbits but nothing that anyone really wants, there's a selection of funkos that have been there for a long time and the game sections themselves are also similar.They often have sleeveless games on display for not much less than pre-owned prices and the tech cabinets again are really empty and scarce.Staff wise they aren't great either as many seem disinterested in customers and will quickly hurry you away from the till so they can continue chatting.Game is overpriced, always has been but yeah, their stores are the reason to blame tbh.

The staff don't seem that knowledgeable on games that are coming out, I understand not everyone knows everything about every game, but I watched as another customer asked what's the deal with the new dead rising game?" And the store assistant gave a really vague answer just saying it was a zombie game. The customer asked for more details

Have a shelf for Nintendo Switch and other shelves for other game consoles. Alternative to just always buying games from online, here is this physical store.

We asked for help finding a Christmas present, we were sold the wrong item and when we tried to return the item we were only offered store credit. Staff were really unhelpful and we not offered any apology. Would rate 0 stars if I could

So for the second time I have tried to buy something from this store took it to the till to be told oh sorry its not that price anymore it's gone up we forgot to take the sticker off to then do nothing about it and by rights you should honour the price that's on the product getting fed up of this now

My son loves coming here. It's his version of what a local grocery store is to me x

Layout changed every week, it's easier to go online and buy things these days then get lost in a store that changes around to force you to have to explore it.It feels like HMV 2.0 the disappointment.
