I wouldn't waste your time. I lost my life savings because they ran the clock down on a case for the person I had the case against. Absolutely ridiculous and deplorable solicitors. They don't care about people at all.

I am very pleased with the way the sale of my property was handled.

I think my A level in law which I failed would make me a more qualified solicitor than SOME of the ‘professionals’ at the above firm. Slow, arrogant, manipulative, ignorant are just some of the many words I could use to describe them. Chased for months and months and MONTHS with little to zero response. Took it upon ourselves to leave and move to a new firm who won the case for 6 figures and within a matter of days received an email asking for a success fee! (Wish you was so quick to respond to emails when we needed you! ) Used bully tactics, condescending language & tone to get money out of us when they did the bare minimum / NOTHING substantial in the time we were using the ‘services’. This review has took me more time to write than the ground work they did. Avoid at all costs is my advicePlease don’t respond with a pittyful ‘sorry to hear this’ because your compulsive liars & fraudsters. I hope you take this on board like you have been for 2 years + of similar reviews seems like nothings changed. All the best

Gemma and Connor handled our case when we were buying/selling our house. The process took 6 months in total, documents were lost, cheques not sent for weeks after being requested, completion statements were wrong and to top it off they didn't seem to care. We requested contact from their manager to submit a complaint and heard nothing. Would definitely not recommend this firm to anyone.

Constant Maladministration by Firm-Partners & Staff - Apology meant nothing as promise to return / remove file / GDPR ignored - There should never have been a file opened - Currently incensed - Decreased star-rating down to 1 until file deleted .

Very pleasant and professional staff right through practice beginning with the receptionist. Excellent and clear advice given in a very clear and concise way by extremely personable solicitor who I felt had my wife and my best interests front and foremost.

Administration of an estate and property sale. I was executor but am located the other side of the country and have no experience in such things. Jackson Lees dealt with everything, sorting out problems and handling IHT. Regular communication keeping me informed of progress. Professional with a personal touch.

We were told by Jackson Lees that we would need a Deed of Variation drawn up which was going to cost us up to £1,000. I think it’s very poor that we had to tell Jackson Lees that a Deed of Variation can only be done within two years after death and in our case it was over two years. They confirmed that we were correct. We wondered why we had to inform them of this legal fact. We were not happy.

Epic fail. On the 2 occasions I've contacted these and their sister company Brodie Jackson Canter they've said they can't take anyone on because of capacity. Seems to be a common excuse they use to say no. BTW all the solicitors in exchange flags are related so if one says no they all say no. Find someone else who actually wants to help you. These companies certainly do not.
