Great service. Contacted Mark at 5pm about a blocked drain and he came round at 8am the next morning to take a look. Quoted a fair price and the drain was unblocked ASAP. Would recommend.

Absolutely great service from Mark at DrainAssist. Had a leak that was coming through the ceiling, spoke to him and within a couple of hours he was at our door assessing it and was back within a couple of days to fix it. Brilliant from start to finish! Will only use Mark from now on for any future issues- thanks DrainAssist!

We have used Drains Assist twice now and both times they have delivered a great service. Turned up within the hour to clear the drains and remove debris. Mark Left the site clean and tidy and all for a vary fair price.

Mark did a great job for us in Dec 2021 dealing with a drain blockage that 2 other firms had failed to resolve previously. Lots of video footage, and explored and cleaned drains all the way from back of the house to the road. Thank you!

Mark did a brilliant job. Really went above and beyond. We had a blockage which needed clearing urgently as my wife was coming back from hospital with our newborn. Mark was on the premises within the hour and, despite it being more complex than he anticipated, worked tirelessly to fix it and ensure that our homecoming wasn’t disturbed in the process. Mark and his colleague have been absolutely brilliant at getting a problem with our drains/shower/toilet resolved. He has made a number of trips to our house to check up on the problem and ensure that it was fully resolved and came out to our house very promptly-in particular at the beginning of lockdown, where we would have really struggled if the problems hadn’t have been resolved. Would definitely recommend Drains Assist, and will contact Mark again if we have any further issues.
