Booked 4 weeks in advance, called one hour before my appointment to say it has been cancelled. Terrible service, avoid at all costs.

Took the Pug. Easy to make appointment. Happy helpful groomers who did an excellent job trimming nails and cleaning up what is essentially a walking hair shedder. Good parking would recommend, tho was a touch more expensive than the usual place we go.

Five stars is not enough for us to say how good the service was at the Groom Room in St Helens. We had a rescue dog in need of some care, cleaning and grooming and they were just fantastic, responsive and more than helpful in making the care available and being so kind to tour new dog. Beyond 5 star praise. Now we are dog owners there is only one place we will be going with our new pet.

Got the grooms I wanted for my dogs. They asked me about different areas of the dogs fur and asked what length I wanted it cutting to - and cut it that length too! I've sometimes found some groomers cut them how they want to and not listened to me. But I was really happy with how the dogs looked after their grooms. And they smelt lovely and clean. Even got their nails clipped which I struggle to do. Would bring them here again for future grooms.

Went today at 10.00 with 2 zuchons informed the staff how I wanted them groomed and was told to come back in 2 hours our dogs where there for 3.5 hrs and was not cut to our liking and the attertude from the man was not professional won't be going to st Hellenic again

I take Charlie, my Pomeranian here regularly and every time he is cut and groomed I am always amazed how good it is. They do an absolute first class job. Sophie Daz and the rest of the team are brilliant.I have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody.Thank you from both Charlie and myself.

staff are really great at the groom room, my bulldog his very fussy as to who he comes in contact with but loves it wen I take him to the groom room for his wash nails clipped and ears washed.

Cancelled by the groom room. Short notice. I know it was a free groom with a voucher....birthday treat....Had to remind them we had paid a £15 deposit and had to remind them days later about this. No other date offered.Is the free voucher a scam by PAH?
