Took my wedding ring in this morning, as I had lost a diamond. Was told it would take a week and a half. Got a phone call the same day to pick it up. Was amazing like brand new. Love it. I'd like to thank the lady in the shop( me bad for not remembering her name sorry. She was lovely.). Thanks again for a fantastic service.. will definitely recommend to all my. Family and friends.

I took Shaun and his team a pair of Diamond stud earrings, they were too heavy and fell forward when worn, we discussed how this could be remedied and decided that the posts should be moved from the centre of the stud to the 12 o’clock position. Shaun was able to do this without damaging the diamonds using a Laser tool, they now sit perfectly, all this for a very reasonable price and completed within a week, I’m delighted with the results.Deborah

Absolutely amazing service from Shaun and team! I had only just got engaged and must have called about 10 different jewellers in Hull ask about resizing my ring, all said it will be around 3/4 weeks to get it back to me. Shaun could see I didn’t want to be without my ring for that long and amazingly offered to resize within the hour for me! I needed a wedding ring to be altered to 3 sizes bigger, this had yellow/white gold and a diamond. My future husband had the same ring and we wanted the rings to match. We've been to several different jewelers and no one wanted to do touch the rings advising to buy new ones. well... Hanson Jewellers did an amazing job, at a very affordable price. This place is fantastic. Went with a cherished and sentimental necklace and Shaun worked tirelessly over several day to turn a necklace into a pair of cufflinks that I can now use for my wedding. He’s a credit to the industry and a very skilled craftsman. If you need anything making or repairing this is the place to go to.

Shaun and the team at Hanson go above and beyond! I have purchased a range of product from earrings to recently an engagement ring. Shaun and the team were very patient and gave excellent advice to get the most out of my budget. I will be using Hanson for my wedding bands and for future purchases. If I could give Shaun a 20 star rating I would. I rung him on the off chance he could repair my much loved but well worn engagement ring, dropped it in the same day (Tuesday) and so very pleased I did. This guys knows his stuff and after speaking to him was more than happy to leave my ring for repair, form start to finish the service was amazing, with advice for future proofing my engagement ring was an added bonus. After a promise of having it back by the end of the week and true to his word it was ready by the Friday, the job done was just perfect and my ring is just like new. Please if your looking for repairs, buying new or custom made jewelry, basically anything! use Hanson their amazing and I will never EVER go anywhere else and will highly recommend them to everyone.
