Nice place for light workout, with a small running track and a few workout instruments like handleboat, power push etc. The instruments placed are all meant for working on different body parts.Good to go alone or in gourp. Usually not busy. Found it empty most of the time.There is a children's play area, a garden and a huge field next to them. Can be a part of a long day of fun activities.

Brilliant facilities comparable to a gym which are free to use. If you do a few laps and use the machines you soon build up a sweat, while saving £55 a month; a great motivating bonus.
