Rob has been a fantastic support while going through the process to apply for new roles during my redundancy journey. He gently guides you through the process to update your C.V and how to best showcase your skills for maximum potential. He helped me really understand what I enjoy about my job and what I am looking for in future employment and how to identify these roles successfully. He provided me with various avenues to achieve my goals and was happy to also make introductions within his own contacts in a similar field. He was so relaxed and patient, which was a bonus as i am not known for having a lot of patience.As I had not applied for an external role for 17yrs, it was great to have Rob explain what employers are looking for and help me develop my C.V/ cover letter/LinkedIn around this so that my skills/attributes could be easily identified by recruiters.His calm and easy manner helped me remain calm throughout the last 4 months.
