Clean and tidy bedrooms, welcoming, lovely host Avril nothing too much bother. Fabulous breakfast and views. Great spot for watching swallows, swifts and house martin's.Great stay, well looked after

Lovely clean rooms, warm welcome and great breakfast. Only stayed 1 night after travelling quite a distance to a February wedding the following day. My wife also left a ring in the room which she didn't notice until after the wedding. Our host found the ring several days later and kindly posted it back to us. Very grateful and would recommend this place to anyone. Local pub also good and gives a discount to yellow house b & b customers.

Wow what a find this was a lovely setting, fantastic huge room with wonderful views. Breakfast was huge too. Avril was welcoming & friendly throughout our stay. Highly recommend & would definitely return.

Highly recommend this lively B and B. Very clean with brewing up facilities in the room. Delicious, home cooked, non greasy, huge English breakfast with eggs from their own hens. Avril our host was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Avril recommend to go to Corbridge and it was beautiful. Indulged in lunch and obligatory cakes from Grants bakery. Came back with sunburn and Avril let me use some of her after sun. Will definitely make a return visit.

Avril was very kind and welcoming. The rooms were clean, the food good and we enjoyed our stay. Lovely nearby walks and we had our evening meal in the pub next door and enjoyed the food, jukebox and even some games of billiards. My favourite thing about this B&B was that this real farm was set back from the road so it was wonderfully quiet! No traffic noises waking us up in the morning! They even have a sweet old black lab who's great with kids

What a wonderful place to stay. House is clean, comfortable, welcoming and safe. Avril is the perfect host. Breakfast is excellent. Beautiful house and gardens. A nice pub around the corner. Lottie is a lovely friendly dog.

We were so well looked after, our host really went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Stunning location and great breakfasts (we enjoyed our veggie fry ups)! We'll miss wonderful Lottie dog x

What a beautiful place to stay! Very welcoming, lovely views and an absolutely lovely host. For anyone wanting to get away to the countryside for a short relaxing break, I would highly recommend staying here.
