Hakan the delivery driver didn’t turn up today! Thanks for making me wait around all day for an important parcel when I could be doing better things..UPDATE - Following day, Sam managed the deliver the parcel I was waiting for. There was however another separate parcel which we were waiting on too. Lo and behold “Hakan will deliver your parcel”. This parcel also didn’t turn up!!! Hakan mate, you on holiday and forgot to put your out of office on??

The driver who came past my house at 11:15 in Abbey Road Eastbourne this morning thursday 18-10-18 was driving stupidly fast no chance of stopping if anyone or pet stepped out between the parked cars a compleat brainless idiot and a bad advert for your company blue DPD sprinter type van. Made a complaint to the company got a woman on the phone who didn't seem too bothered about it and not heard back.

All the deliveries I've received on time and been kept fully informed of time slot for delivery. DPD have to provide a photo of open door at property to prove delivery, without this drivers can loose their jobs. Yep things can go wrong but never had a problem its always been dealt with quickly and efficiently unlike other delivery firm!

My mum tried to send me a parcel from the UK to France which was returned to her with no info on the tracking as to why. She was supposed to be contacted by DPD for more information and to try to find a solution but they never got in touch. Very difficult to get hold of and obviously not very professional.

TERRIBLE serviceThe parcel should be delivered to USA from UK in few days though I was waiting almost 2 weeks parcel hasn’t been delivered and now it’s lost . No compensation just waitingAWFUL SERVICE

Arranged via Ziffit for parcels to be picked up. Mix up over the letter a on the door number meant it was missed in day one. Ok. My mistake. I call the office. Speak to Colin. Who kindly says they will arrange for the next day. Next day comes. I cannot track the van. I'm given a 9 hour window when they will arrive. The day before they came around 3 today they came around 12.20. No prior call as promised. No doorbell which they were advised of. Live on 3rd floor. I'm not willing to sit outside my house all day on the off chance they'll arrive at a certain time.Would not recommend to the point I would suggest the post office. The drivers must be under such intense pressure they don't have the common sense or time to call customer wjen there isn't a door answered like they previously arranged. If Amazon driver can piss on bottles and still manage to call customers then Dpd local need to also. Also have people in the office that customers can trust. 'Colin' obviously just say a what customers want to hear and clearly is inadequate at his job.

As I wasn't going to be in so I designated my neighbours address but they still tried to deliver to my address. I again designated my neighbours address and you tried to deliver to my address AGAINIt is virtually impossible to get in contact as emails won’t send ,there aren't any clear phone numbers & the driver doesn’t even try to ring you which is what the more reputable companies doDreadful

The staff here are are completely incompetent, childish and lazy. I used them for a whole year spending 3k a month, the amount of things that went wrong were incredible. I made a complaint and instead of apologizing and fixing the problem the staff tried to get revenge by making false accusations, preventing drop offs and increasing prices by 50%. Take your business to UPS they're cheaper and staff are decent, normal people.

I sent a suitcase to Brazil via DPD on 28/07/21 with a delivery time of 2 to 5 days and so far it hasn't arrived there nor has it been returned to me.The APP was only updated on 02/08 after I called several times and they say they don't know where the suitcase is. Day 02/08 found" in Birmingham

what are the chances that two shipment from the same person get lost and no body has an answer for you???and you talk to different people and you get different answers !!!!a next day delivery has been now over a week not even a simple apology. the customer service should be more helpful than this. when you ask where my parcel is? the answer you get is I don't know. when you say I paid for next day delivery , reply is there is nothing we can do for you you have to wait 48 hours and we will contact you and nobody ever bothers to contact. how helpless one should feel. I believe everybody on the other side os the phone is a shareholder !somewhere along the line the system is malfunctioning. you say you labeled the package and they say if you did that it show here. indirectly your also called a liar !!! I can go on and on about my experience on the phone with your so called customer service
