Elderswell Retirement Village

As of December 2023, not many of the apartments are inhabited, so it’s a bit quiet. This also means that some for the facilities like the cafe/restaurant aren’t open as often as you might hope.For what you get, I’d say this is a VERY expensive place to live.

Awesome retirement village based just outside Turvey village. Air conditioned gym/dance studio. Indoor pool. Very friendly and efficient staff.

A very high quality establishment with a charming cafe and a number of car parking spaces with EV charging points. Immaculately maintained grounds.

I have recently visited this magnificent new retirement village and I was very impressed.The village is situated in a fantastic area in Bedfordshire. On arrival it was very easy for us to find suitable parking near the front entrance. As I entered I warmly welcomed by the General Manager Liam. We were given an extensive showround of the village. The facilities are situated in the main building including a spa area with hydro pool with jacuzzi, modern fitness studio, fitness room with state of the art equipment, hair salon, fantastic bistro with a food shop area and of course great tesaturant setting with a lounge. We were also shown 2 different types of appartments wich were really impressive and kitted up with modern technology and great interior design as well as nice views to the gardens.We had a lovely lunch which was set up as a buffet style, comprising of a selection of seasonal salads, two fish and a seafood options as well as vegetarian dishes and freshly baked bread. The seating was very comfortable and the tables were laid down to a very high standard. The staff on site were wearing consistent uniforms and were very friendly and attentive. This is one very impressive setting in the heart of Bedfordshire.

Not just a retirement village, open to the public too. Superb cafe and restuarant here, great food and coffee. Full menu, for lunches, dinners, Sunday roast. Super service and friendly people throughout.Gym, sauna, plunge pool, an treatment rooms. Great place well worth a visit for food and drink. Highly recommend.

A brand new retirement village for the people who want a very quiet place away from the busy life and dirty towns.....very professional staff and exquisite behavior skills like they are hand picked .... you will get like a 5 star welcome and a smile at every corner ....
