Rug Maker

I very seldom write positive reviews and this is one of them. Having been failed by 'modern-rugs uk' online seller I was searching for a reputable rug sellers who had rugs in stock - and have come across the Rug Maker. They had a great range of rugs in stock and even had a rug we liked. So I called the store and asked for the rug to be reserved for me. We visited the shop in St Albans the same day and were greeted by a very pleasant and knowledgeable gentleman who showed us different rugs and explained their origin, manufacturing process etc. We were able to buy a fantastic wool and silk rug at a quarter of it's normal price. Very happy with the purchase and the whole experience. We'll definitely be back for more.

Great service, great rugs and great custom designing service

First class rugs and excellent customer service. I don't often do reviews but this is a great shop. Choice of designs is huge and the finished product is very high quality, I can see it lasting 30 years. They can't do enough to make it a good experience. I recommend them very highly
