An appalling service.There needs to be a massive overhaul of this service so that people aren't treated so badly. At a time when you need support most, to be refused, belittled and ignored is a horrific way to run what is supposed to be a supportive service .Please address this immediately so you may avoid causing further loss of life and/or loss of quality of life.
