Absolutely disgusting, tried to speak to someone and all I got was a computer telling what to do than put the phone down so never got to speak to anyone. This is so disrespectful

Very professional and friendly- helped me far more than I anticipated when I set up a business 5 years ago. Due to unfortunate circumstances I am now setting up a new one and they have been very helpful again!

Staff are ok but no one ever answers the phone. If you need to contact them in an emergency you’ve no hope.They even give you a direct local number for your advisor that also never gets answered.

A bit intimidating going for first time but the staff is amazing just think the waiting room could be less intimidating.

Helpful friendly staff but if you have an appointment at 9:00 expect to be left outside on the pavement until exactly 9:00!

One of the staff refused myself anyhelp with myself getting an advance payment . I needed to that month we I was short cause the statement said I was getting the same amount of maternity pay as the previous month but this wasn't true .I thought it was unnecessary as you can apply for advance anytime it dosent have to be before your statement eachmonth .I was short of food for my kids and baby a scary place to be in and I don't wish it on anyone . Don't rely on help from these guys .That one member of staff one of the younger ones it seems to put alot of pressure on finding work when you have kids and single on benefits.Just saying be aware and don't let anyone put you down if they are pressure you to find work like one member of staff did with myself .

The staff are actually very friendly. My experience with Universal Credit my work coach was VERY helpful. Her name is Sue. She helped through a lot.
