Bensons for Beds Oldham

The staff were very helpful, professional & knowledgeable. They made it very easy for us to find the bed we wanted.Not a decision you need to sleep on. Benson's are best for beds.

Went into Bensons was being watched whilst walking upstairs by staff, A woman who walked around on her phone for a good while came to me and said i need to try this machine. It was a waste of time I couldn’t feel anything and she was negative. Not professional at all.Walked around on my own no advice given other staff was chatting & swearing not a good experience very negative people.Went to Dreams next door greeted with a smile and good advice spent £1800 on my mattress can't wait for it to be delivered.

Bought a new bed set as well as a mattress for another bed, brilliant pricing on both items - the full bed set is due to be delivered which was free of charge and the mattress we took there and then. Very helpful and friendly staff, we went in with our 3yr old who tried turning the showroom into his playground and the staff were great with him too. Would definetly come back and recommend

Found most of the products in the store except a few beds which are there on the website and I was interested in. But overall buying experience was good. The sales assistant Mr Adil was really helpful and patient.

The men weren’t rude but weren’t professional or friendly at all. They were there to just deliver a bed and that’s all.There seemed to be a problem with taking our old mattress away as they said they didn’t have it booked to remove an old mattress. He asked to view my receipt which I showed him and it said on there that the old mattress was to be removed, and he said he’d take it away but we should have got a bag given to us to seal it in and that it would have been because the store had used an iPad. It just felt that if they are acting on behalf of Bensons for Beds they should have been apologetic to me because it wasn’t my fault I wasn’t given a bloody bag!! I’ve had furniture delivered before from other companies and they’ve been cheery, helpful and couldn’t do any more. These were just subbed out subcontractors just there to deliver a mattress and nothing beyond that. Bit disappointing.

Yesterday we took delivery of our second order from Bensons. I can't recommend these guys highly enough. We were served by Clare who made sure we had all the information we needed before leaving us to try the beds she suggested in peace. The delivery arrived with 2 men who carried everything upstairs. the delivery was free but we chose to pay an extra £15 for everything to be set up and as a bonus they even took away all the packaging. Highly impressed and will certainly be recommending Benson's to friends and family. Thank You

Worse service ever , waited nearly 4 months for my wardrobes when they did finally come they were faulty. Through my old wardrobes out to have new ones in. Had to take them down , my children have no wardrobes every thing in on the floors . Really upset with this. Called customer service was told to send pictures by email which will take another 48 hours for the to respond. All the new wardrobes are on the floor not in the package its a hazard for children could get hurt.Not hapoy with this.

Knowledgeable guy, but, when we went to sort details out at the desk, there was no professionalism. A guy moved from the desk and a female member of the team started joking about no one making her a drink. On my side of the desk a dirty used mug with tea stains on the side.The male and female (staff) started a conversation beside the desk whilst the other guy was taking my details and then he joined in their conversation which was about who was working the next day.Not professional - the other two should have moved to elsewhere in the shop - it’s big enough.What I should have done at that point was walk out.
