My husband purchased my new wedding ring here and I absolutely love it!We then had his bracelet cleaned and his wedding ring along with another ring melted into one to make a new wedding ring for him, we was both blown away by how amazing both items turned out!Brilliant customer service from start to finish.Can't wait to see something else we like.

This is a modern style jewellers. The nice & bright window displays are well stocked with a good range of rings,earrings, necklaces & bracelets etc .Inside its a very spacious set up with more cabinet displays of New & Second hand jewellery. This was the 2nd time I've made a purchase of earrings from here & I found the staff on duty to be very pleasant & helpful on both occasions. Price wise I found this jewellers to be very reasonable & do recommend a visit as I'm sure there's something to suit everyone's budget.

I needed a setting for a diamond on a fairly short deadline. The advice and communication were excellent, and the ring came back on time. It needed a couple of adjustments, but I was able to take it away on holiday for the proposal, and bring it back a few weeks later to be perfected. A fantastic level of service throughout, that ended with a beautiful ring and a very happy fiancé.The staff are professional, friendly, relaxed, and generous with their time. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Brilliant customer service. I have a gold chain and the clasp spring was broken. The lady who dealt with me was superb. This was circa £35 but she was attentive and professional, as if I was purchasing a 2 grand diamond ring. She affected the repair there and then and made me feel special. Thank you very much. I would highly recommend Smiths.

Recently been here as my usual jewellers has now closed down (Eric A Birds). Anyone who shopped at Birds knows how big those shoes are to fill, but Smiths have absolutely nailed it for me. I had a gold bracelet which had broken for repair, and an incredibly sentimental diamond family ring which needed looking into as some of the stones felt loose. Both have come back incredibly quickly, with all repairs but no messy joins or anything that makes the work visible to the eye. Price about what I expected, not super cheap but not overpriced. They’re also SO CLEAN! Will definitely be coming here for all my future jewellery needs ❤️ thank you thank you thank you
