I registered with Brook Street in 2017 when I was facing redundancy from a permanent job and have worked for them on various temporary public sector contracts since then, culminating in a contract which led to a fixed term contract with a government department. I have always found the staff at the Manchester Branch to be professional and responsive and would like to thank Tramaine in particular for her help and support. I would definitely recommend Brook Street to anyone looking for a new contract and I would certainly re-register with them once my current contract comes to an end.

Abdolute joke of a company,I approached this company seeing the previous reviews of how people were 'dealt' with and the level of service that was given to me by the Manchester branch by someone called Viktorjia Gaha.First of all, throughout the whole process I was advised that I would be dealt with her for a customer service based role.I then get an update from this role for an interview, but not from her but by someone called Louise. Louise then decides to call me repeatedly 7 times one after another, in which I dint understand what is the urgency? Knowing that she texted me for an interview confirmation via teams.Completed the interview by Friday. Was told will get an update by Monday.Called up Viktorjia, as I HAD to contact her. She then mentions that she does not who in Louise is as she was passed an employee to support her with her paperwork.'My name' does not supposedly show I have taken an interview with a public sector.An absolute waste of time, she can barely speak english and decides to do a recruitment job and decides to speak in an abrupt manner?Is this how a recruitment agency works? NO IT DOES NOT!Save your own time and go elsewhere

I have worked with Brook Street for quite long time now. The jobs they offered me were good and I enjoyed them. Now it's my third position working through Brook Street, one ended because company dissolved, second one I left because it was not suitable to me so they found me something better. I had pay issues once but they paid everything with slight delay. It was because pay rate has changed and they didn't update it for like 3 weeks. My advice is to keep your candidates updated when recruiting as my starting date was moved twice and I didn't hear from Brook Street for couple days which made me nervous. Would be 5 stars but these things do have impact on my opinion.

I have worked with Brook Street since March 2020, having worked with them for previous periods. Every single time they do everything they can to find you work, to find you work that suits you and to support you in your roles. They get back to you very quickly to respond to any issues you are having and found me work during Covid-19. This is a really outstanding bunch of people. Just wanted to say how brilliant Angel Goodman is at her job. From the get-go she was very friendly, warm and incredibly nice. To then checking up on me to find out how my job role has been going and asking if I have any questions or worries. She’s someone who you can tell is genuinely happy in what she does and it shows when you communicate with her and so Angel and Brookstreet have made the entire process of starting my new job worry-free and it was much appreciated.
