Went there for drinks. First one was amazing. Second one, the zombie was a big disappointment. it tastes bland and served horrible. May be first and last time trying their cocktails. Left after second drink

Shown to a table that rocked. Ordered a full classic ribs which when they came looked about 7inches long (basically a half rib with an extra bone). The meat was cold and tasted like it had been reheated in a microwave (then left around to cool). Very disappointing and whilst I received a discount, I won't be back for the ribs. French fries and beer was good.

Worse place I have been so far. The staff weren’t friendly and the food was terrible. My plate arrived cold and no tasty. Now I understand why this place was empty. People go once and never come back.

Food was really nice, generous portions and was all served on time.We ordered the ultimate rack of ribs with there legendary Jack Daniel sauce. Very nice and highly recommended.The restaurant was very clean and customer service was fantastic.

Absolutely scrumptious food and friendly service. The rack of ribs seemed to go on forever while the bottomless soft drinks policy was something I'd forgot to notice on the menu when ordering my Coke. I wouldnt normally pay £8 for a sundae but when it's a Biscoff one...plus when I'm in the middle of an 86- mile cycle ride between Sheffield and Liverpool, needs must. (lol) A most recommended place no matter what basis you visit on.

firstly we walked in and got sat down quickly which was nice but then we were left for 20 minutes just being walked past. i saw our server just chatting to a couple as we were waiting. we eventually got seen trying to ask someone to serve us so then we got served. 30 minutes later we got our food but we still hadnt had our drinks so then had to ask for them to be delivered. the server i asked was very confused and was like erm yeah sure. then it was another big wait to get the bill. food was nice as usual but the service is ridiculous.

Been here before and loved it but today was not good at all, restaurant was pretty empty but still took a while for orders to be taken and then the unlimited drinks were only unlimited if you flagged down servers and waited ages for them. Kids meal came with starters which is fine but not told before hand and the plate it came on was red hot so couldn't put anywhere near my child, he had fish fingers which were so hot I burnt my lip on them and broccoli which was practically raw so couldn't give to my child due to a choking hazard. I ordered a hot dog with no onion and it came with onion so had to flag down a random server as ours had disappeared and was given no apology and it came back with no fries so had to wait for them too. We were not checked back on during the meal at all and it was just so slow for such an empty restaurant. I've always thought tgis service was great but definitely needs improving in this location, quite an expensive place for rubbish service and not great food!

Really good food, it's Americana diner" themed so expect big burgers and big fries. Their fries are absolutely gorgeous by the way
