The lads are always very good at this branch. Very quick service and always happy to help. Everything I have ever had done has always been professionally undertaken and any issues explained to me fully. The website has a list of available appointments so you can always find something handy.

Problems with the car identified after the MOT. I asked if they would be able to fix it and was told they've never done it before but will try. Two days later I am told they can't get the part from their supplier (Which was a different part to what i was told on the day) So I'm left in the dark. I assumed a company as big as Kwik Fit would be able to fix the issue.

Took my car in for a service and explained to a lad call Ben that it’s a Kia and needs to be Kia parts for warranty to still be intact. He was quick efficient and so helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better mechanic to deal with. Thank you Ben

AJ & Mat got my son out of trouble on a Sunday after I spotted that his 2 front tyres were below the legal limit. They squeezed his car in for us so he could get back to work on Monday safely! Can’t thank them enough for their quick and friendly service! 5/5 stars!!!

The workers were amazing. I first went with an issue, with my tyres. Waiting an 1hr 30mins to begin inspecting I had to make a choice of resealing a wheel and calibrating the other. After nearly an hour of thought and phone calls, I asked to get it done. Even though other Charlottesville were there during my wake they still tried to solve the issue. I am so thankful to the entire team for helping me out as I had no other option

Don't bother going to kwik Fit Market Street. They rip you off and charge 3 times more than any other garage. In full service they don't do anything. Just try to find maximum faults and rip you off. Expert in deliberately failing MOT and make you spend £500 at least. Please stay away from these guys and find local reliable garage. Don't trust these guys.
