A convenient Tesco located on the East Lancashire Road. This store has just had a full revamp as it was closed for a month for works to be undertaken. This store has most things you could possibly need including a cash machine.

Disgusting attitude from a girl on service. Picking up an item for a delivery - my job - and the girl didn’t give a receipt, so I had to wait 10 minutes for them to print one off in the office. A girl came and asked me how much it was and I took out my phone to check, whereby she stormed back into the office before I could respond saying “no need for attitude” - i literally didn’t say anything I was checking my phone for the amount the items costed. Disgusting service.

Rude bald man needs a few lessons in customer service. I went in early hours for a bottle of tia maria and instead of apologising and explaining tesco's alcohol rules i just got a bunch of attitude. I hope he gets sacked.

Used this site today for fuel, asked if they accept either Shell or BP fuel card. Lady points out the window saying it says Tesco not shell. To ignorant to realise that cards can be used at multi sites, only required a simple no we don't. Obviously management not capable of training its staff in customer service. Won't be going back...

This petrol station is ALWAYS busy. Always seems to be 2 or 3 pumps not working and cars constantly queuing. Store is well stocked with essentials, which doesn't help as people do a shop whilst leaving their cars at the pump!

I paid for my fuel so I thought yesterday 29-7-22 but when I got home to add my points to my clubcard I only had 1 point to add... £1.70 I'd spent.Bit shocked not realising the bloke didn't add my fuel which might of been my fault who knows who cares. I went back at 10.30pm to pay my £54 fuel bill. 11 miles to return and 11 miles to get back home. I was a bit frustrated ill not lie.My girlfriend works for Tesco so I couldn't even dream of trying to be dishonest and it's not in my nature to duck paying my bills.Beautiful flowers I must admit I bought my mother in law so when I returned I bought my girlfriend the same but in pink.

Very busy store and petrol station. Open 24 hours 365 days. Good range stocked, including bakery (not baked on premises). Because it's so busy, produce always fresh

The staff are lovely at Tesco Windle Island and I have been using it for years. However, the face coverings does not seem to apply to either customers nor all staff. My daughter is at a high risk group for coronavirus and I just don't get how the law does not seem to apply. Sorry Tesco you need to do better.
