Bournemouth Airport to Poole, on 19/11/2023, Sunday at 22:40.The driver opted for a shorter route after confirming my preference for the cheaper option of a shorter journey. However, at the end of the ride, an additional £5 was unreasonably added to the fare displayed on the meter. This discrepancy in pricing feels unjust and deceptive, especially considering that the lower price was agreed upon during the pre-booking process.I believe it is unacceptable to mislead customers in this manner, and I hope this issue can be addressed promptly to ensure a fair and transparent pricing policy for all customers.

Highly recommend this taxi firm. We booked a number of taxis for 11 of us over a weekend. We needed to change the times slightly and they were happy to accommodate this. Good communication with messages when your car is on its way / arrived and when the right number of cars hadn't appeared they were quick to get a replacement in. Reasonable price. Friendly drivers. Really happy with the service.

Rang at 11pm For a taxi from Quay Poole was told 30 mins we are still waiting an hour later absoultey disgusting

Took a taxi from Bournemouth airport to Poole at 2am, no traffic on the roads. The driver told me there was a £5 “airport collection fee” that he added on the meter at the start, and when we arrived in Poole the meter was at £48. Then he added a pointless £8 charge extra and lied that that was the initial fee. I was too tired to argue much after a long journey but I won’t be using these scammers again. Use United Taxis instead - they do a flat fee that’s much more reasonable and they’re friendlier to chat to.

Have used PRC on a number of occasions and have found them to be very prompt and helpful. The text messages to notify of arrival time are very helpful.

Terrible experience over the weekend with Streamline taxis. Missed a ferry on Saturday and almost missed it again on Sunday due to drivers taking forever to pitch. I booked via the app with the correct address at 8am for 10am. My driver only arrived at 10.35am. One is also just told you are in a queue and have to wait for the next available car-what is the point of then pre-booking on the app! The managers at the ferry was even aware of this bad service!

I can't fault the company. Friendly customer service when you call to book, and they come when they say they will, unlike a few other companies in the area. I wouldn't use a different company now.All the drivers I've had know where they're going and are nice and polite.

Such a rubbish experience not just once several times I called up to book hi sir 10 to 15 mins never turns up I get phone calls saying I’m not at the location when actually the booking office has told them the wrong location and not just that he then comes round to the actual location and drives very fast past me and the thing is it’s not just me who uses them the company I work for uses them all the time because it was a good company and service and these are big trips not little avoid avoid avoid

Very pleasant and helpful drivers. Arrived when requested for transport to Poole Ferry Terminal and arrived within a few minutes on our return to the ferry terminal. Both drivers polite and helpful.

On 29 Mar I shared a taxi with a random fellow traveller from Bournemouth Airport, the cabbie (in poor English) agreed to take £15 fixed fare to Moordown. Only minutes later, he said he wanted £15 per person. When he stopped at the destination so we could pay and take luggage, he started driving off with the lady right in the door, breaking her fingernail. It's simply a dangerous behaviour that should result in licence revocation. I called PRC to make a complaint, only not to hear from them again. After a scene of rudeness and aggression made by the driver, he took £15 as he'd agreed at the start. I suspect PRC never called me back about the complaint, as I used to be their driver and they do not respect their drivers, or customers, or anyone, driven only by money. I will be contacting BCP council about this.Update July 2023Asked Google via SAR about my own taxi company post disappearing in the same week after the original review. Reporting possible data breach.
