I dropped my pc off with Michael to have a problem fixed and he swapped my intel core i9 out for a intel core i5 without my permission and he didn't tell me! I managed to get my intel core i9 back after 20 minutes of him claiming he never swapped a partThe problem had nothing to do with the intel core i9I sent it to another shop and they fixed it without swapping a part

I don't know much about computers but Michael obviously does. If I have any problems I drop it off with Michael, he rings me shortly afterwards with everything sorted and always charges a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I tried everything to speed up my Dell laptop. msconfig, task manager, googled for hours and tried software but my expensive laptop was running flat out all the time. I decided to go see Michael and he sorted it and tuned it up, in no time, now its running perfectly. No more waiting for the PC, now its waiting for me as it should be. VERY good price too. No idea how he does it. Cheers Michael.

Michael the owner is most obliging and can sort out 99% of your technical issues. His shop on the High Street is an asset to Boston Spa and he has helped me on many occasions.
