After moving from watford, I have found it very difficult to find someone who can groom my miniature shnauzer to how I would like. I have finally found my perfection. Thankyou sooo much jo, your expertise in miniature shnauzers, is emence, my boy has come home looking the handsome, gorgeous boy he has been used too. Most highly recommended. Thankyou so so much. We love Jo and her team as does our dog Georgie.. x Jo has really spent time with him since he was a puppy ..as he was not the easiest dog to groom, being both abit wary of the dryer and clippers and being a sprocker very lively!Overtime her team have found the perfect groom technique for him and he absolutely loves going for his monthly visit, plus he looks and smells gorgeous! Thankyou so much xx

Jo's kindness absolutely shines through! She was gentle, reassuring and amazing. My little foster dog had been in a shelter for 5 years and had never been professionally groomed in her life. Jo took all the time needed at every little stage, to make my gentle old lady feel secure. The result was astounding, this sweet but scared dog has gone from sticky, matted and a bit pungent, to soft, untangled, beautiful smelling and proud! And that is all thanks to Betty and Bertie's and the perseverance of Jo. Thank you

Have taken our baby to Jo every 6 weeks since we got her 9 months ago. Penny is nearly 3 now, Jo and her team always do such an amazing job with her. She comes out looking and smelling beautiful every time. They take such care with her. Wouldn't trust her with anyone else.

Took my Bella for her first groom here and her face in the photo afterwards said it all to me, that I made the right choice by taking her to Betty & Bertie’s. At past groomers she’s always looked sheepish and her tail down, but here she looked more than happy. The service and customer care is excellent and they are so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Very highly recommended. The best grooming place I've ever been. Very professional, very friendly, very good prices, worth every penny. I never will take my dog and cat anywhere else, best place ever. If you want your dog/cat been groomed properly, and in a safe environment, that is your place. Jo is amazing, she gave Daisy our 9yr old a stunning summer haircut and treated Oakley our 10month old to his first grooming experience. He's double coated and was getting a little matted in places but Jo dealt with it all.With Daisy we had previously used another groomers but since going to Jo this is where both dogs will go from now on. Jo asks what you'd like done and makes great suggestions.Its abundantly clear that Jo loves her job and every pooch who visits is treated like her own. An amazing experience for 2 and 4 legged alike.

My boy Gizmo has been coming to Betty & Bertie's for over a year now and he honestly loves it. We had a very bad experience at a different groomers and gizmo hated going to the groomers. We have both been made to feel so welcomed at Betty and Bertie and Gizmo runs in the door and is a very happy dog there. He Always comes out smelling and looking great.Best Groomer in Braintree and Gizmo will always be coming back here ❤️
