Daniel and the girl was very helpful and looked after me. The whole experience of buying tiles felt so easy and not once was I pressured into a sale. I actually didn't check my invoice and bought the wrong size tiles, Daniel quickly amended this for me with not much questions asked.

Myself and my partner went into the Leeds store looking for tiles for our home, the service we received from the staff was excellent very knowledgeable and helpful from the sales assistant to the management. I would highly recommend them and we will be back for our next project.

If your a tiler .. commercial or domestic, stay clear of this company or make sure you check your invoices.We were overcharged thousands ! and the then manager not the now manager wouldn't credit us back, Then he was sacked and the management accused everyone of stealing!Even though they owed us thousands in credits ?The counter lads are good lads but above these lads theres some serious bullying tactics going on.Terrible company that treat their staff and their loyal customers awful.They deliver out anything they feel like from their main hub branch in Denton even if the tiles are faulty or you havent even ordered them.if you question the quality of service you are receiving we were told' they dont make enough money on the tiles we were buying ' so they dont care basically.Stay away
