Greggs

Tend to get the sausage rolls and steak bakes, we’ve never had anything cold from there. I’ve also had the ham and cheese baguette, it’s actually my favourite store bought because they don’t put mayonnaise in it and that’s really hard to find. Staff are friendly. I think the only improvement would be to get it on Deliveroo or associated gets.

The food is the same as any other Greggs however the Rolls and Bakes are always cold.It has been a long time since my last visit to Greggs as on my last visit I was sold cold food. Thought I'd give them another chance but once again, my Cheese and Onion bake was cold (not room temperature, COLD). The cheese was a solid block! They need to be testing the products that they sell. I'm surprised that they haven't been caught out on it!

Place open late,and say did not have omlet for my order,ridiculous.

Hardly ever any food and wont make more if asked, also there is only one table so this place surely loses money for those who cant sit in and eat as greggs do charge extra to sit in.

I went into Gregg's Bishop stortford Thursday 10th MarchThe Lady that served me was on her own,there was another member of staff who was at the back. Unfortunately I cant remember the ladies name who served me and all the other customers, but she worked so hard dealing with every customer in a calm polite manner although she was so efficient and obviously well experienced I though it was so unfair she had to do this on her own. So Greggs this lady needs a pay rise,well done that Lady,not one customer walked away without being served.

I have been going to this store for years 7 plus years staff are always helpful polite normally go to this store 3 plus times a week for a drink I don't find staff abrupt or rude I've known most of the staff for years they know what drink I want and how I like it if you use the greggs app you earn more rewards I recommend this store better than other greggs I've been tooListen judge this store on your own experience they get really busy breakfast time and then lunch time like if the counter is empty they'll be more cooking in the ovens so just ask these very helpful ladies I've set in greggs sometimes and heard how people talk about these staffThey are definitely not rude at all

Love thar Greggs takes cash. So much easier for us oldies. Also very good value for money. Keep up the good work Greggs.
