Clean and tidy. Staff absolutely amazing. Was served by Caitlin such a lovely young lady happy to help and always smiling and energetic. Noticed other customers very demanding and difficult… it’s just coffee calm down they must just be annoyed they have small penises… staff dealt with it amazingly.

What rude staff. Painfully slow. Staff preferred chatting to each other rather than serve customers. One elderly man ordered a coffee which she eventually brought over to himSince he had waited a good 10 minutes for then advised him to collect his own cinnamon swirl at bar even though she had brought his coffee and then also neglected to pick up the empty cups and rubbish next to him left by previous customers. Poor service rude staff . Disappointed

Staff are so slow it's painful. Completely oblivious of their surroundings slagging of other colleagues and manager. They need to talk less and work more

Clean and friendly place. I wasn’t happy with the coffee because I ordered a medium size and all I could taste was the milk. It tasted like the small size. I guess they use the same amount of coffee as small and just add more milk.

Been coming here for ages, and will continue to come here for ages. Staff are amazing, great young guy used to remember my name and made the experience very personal, don’t believe he works there anymore. Lovely Hungarian woman in pink apron makes AMAZING drinks, very friendly and very fast. Would defo recommend.

It was nice to find a comfy seat but the atmosphere isn't what it used to be in terms of cosiness, and coffees exceeding £5 seems incredible. Service was decent enough and it was a relaxed stopover for passing an hour.

Had a coffee meeting with a colleague here today. Not a great experience. The counter staff person was on the phone when I arrived and turned her back when I got to the counter, without even acknowledging that I was there.Also, the music was turned up whilst I was there and was so loud that we couldn't continue our conversation.Not a great atmosphere
