Always get first class service

I phoned up Johnsons in Ascot about pressing/professional ironing a wedding guest dress. Hazel answered the phone and was very helpful and said I could come down there and then. She was incredibly helpful and kind and my dress looks amazing. She took under 5 minutes and my dress was totally uncreased. Hazel is a true asset to the company and I will certainly be back in the future! I definitely recommend going to Johnsons.

Left a rug here to be cleaned as it had some pet stains on it and was told it would be ready to collect in ten days. After five days, I got a phone call saying that colours had run on the rug, and did I want to proceed anyway.I then asked for the rug to be just sent back to the shop without further cleaning attempts. We are now one month on from that and I'm still waiting to see it back. The shop keeps coming up with the excuse that they only get one delivery of finished goods a week, but (1) that makes it three deliveries since I asked to get it back and (2) if nothing more was to be done to it, it should have been sent back straight away anyway. Appalling service and horrendously bad communication. I have to chase them around for any update. Will never use again.
