Heat Pumps Scotland

We had a ground source heat pump installed by Heatpumps Scotland and it could not have worked out any better. The electric consumption is very low and the house is a warm as it has ever been. I can't recommend these guys too highly.

I thoroughly recommend Heat Pump Scotland for the installation of a new heat pump. I know many people in my village have gotten theirs through other providers and have had many initial problems, so I understand this was not an easy journey. Coupled with that, I have a 6 bedroom house from the 1950s which has twice had extensions. So it was an extremely challenging job.The Heat Pump Scotland team from sales, design, installation and support have all been wonderful. Very communicative, very supportive, and with the odd snagging issues, very quick to be resolved. The work was fully completed in 5 –days, which included a full re-plumbing of the house. The level of upheaval the team had to achieve to do the install, it was frankly miraculous the effort they put into returning the construction side of my house, back into my home, each night. With 3 kids and a dog, this was critical for me. And it forced them to work some long hours!The team were very kind and patient with all my nosey questions, when I was interested in the piping, wiring and layout of my home.Finally as we all care about price, I spoke to many providers, and they were priced competitively for their offering.A cannot thank you enough!

Quite a major piece of work in the house - a ground source heat exchange pump sourced from the nearby river. It works very efficiently and I'm delighted with the product and the service.I would particularly like to thank Jay and Luke for their care and responsiveness. On a domestic installation like this, of such magnitude, I was, understandably, nervous, and I felt very well cared for by the company. If I could give this company more stars I would. We have just had a hybrid heat pump installed in Fife and right from the first meeting the whole team could not have been more helpful. The pump was was competitively priced and the installation team arrived on time, were friendly and left everything clean and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and I would certainly use them again.

I found Heat Pumps Scotland very easy to deal with. Jay was my first contact and he took time and trouble to create a clear picture of all that would be involved with having Air Source heating in my flat. The Team that did the work to install the Air Source System, were considerate, friendly, skilled, quick and efficient. I love the heating system and find that it is everything that I was promised. Luke White was invaluable in making sure that I had all the relevant forms and information, and in guiding me through the paperwork.

We just received a 16KW Air Source Pump and Heat Pump Scotland did a fantastic job. Excellent communication from start to finish of the project. Installation was also done to a good standard. Definitely recommend and would use again.
