RCH heating have just fitted a new boiler and moved it to the loft. They took out the old system & removed the old tanks from the loft. And they changed some radiators. Danny was very helpful and knowledgeable when we first made enquiries with them. And Darren the fitter was really professional and tidy in his work, he always kept us up to date with progress and was a pleasure to work with. Thank you RCH heating a job well done.

Very poor customer service, took the whole day off work for them to come over and did not turn up or even call to let me know of such.Women on the phone was very rude towards me inciting that I was a liar and that the engineer had been and phoned both of which were not true.Beware do not recommend at all!!

Engineer did not turn up for appointment. They did not phone to say they were not going to arrive and lady who i spoke to about this issue was very rude and blamed me saying I was not in when the engineer arrived. very poor customer service and definitely keep clear of this company.
