I had my first micro-needling appointment here last Monday and I can honestly say it was a lovely experience. The staff are very professional and the clinic is absolutely spotless. I was talked through the treatment and everything was explained, right through to the aftercare. I am very happy with the results so far and I am looking forward to my next session with them. My experience with this clinic has been a rollercoaster. But 10 months after getting treatment on my back, I still have visible pigmentation damage from the burns that were left from IPL treatment so I need to share my experience.I purchased four IPL sessions for my face. The first session for my face went very well, and I noticed a significant improvement in dark spots about two weeks afterward. The clinic itself was clean and modern, and the process was straightforward. The results of the second session were less impressive, but were still noticeable and very worthwhile. At the third session, because of the positive results so far on my face, I also requested IPL treatment for pigmentation on my back, which was caused by old acne marks. This is where my experience started to go very wrong.After the treatment, I noticed that the redness on my back did not subside which was very concerning. The next day, it was still highly visible and I decided to get in contact with the clinic for assistance. The following day the redness then escalated into strong pain, swollenness, and extreme sensitivity. This is when I realised I had been burned. I returned to the clinic on this day and they provided me with an LED treatment to prevent infection. With the burns, I couldn't sleep at night, and even wearing clothes was unbearable. It was an indescribable, horrible feeling that lasted about a week. 10 months later, the burn marks have significantly faded but are still very visible.Throughout this ordeal, the practitioner looked at my back twice in person, provided me with some creams, and was responsive to my Whatsapp messages. That said, I still feel that the overall response strategy and duty of care for something so severe was very lacking. I still don't understand why I was burned (my skin? wrong settings? bad application?) and the verbal assurance she provided throughout the process - while I'm sure was good intended - didn't really mean anything to me. For example, she would offer verbal assurance that the burns/pigmentation were temporary and healing fast. At the same time, she would give contradictory remarks saying that incidents like this had never happened before. In my head, I kept thinking: if she had never seen a burn like this, she would have no basis to say that the pigmentation would fade fast and that I had nothing to worry about. I would have preferred a more thorough approach e.g. here's potential reasons for the burn, here's what I think happened, here's when I expect the burns to heal, here's when I expect the pigmentation to disappear.The practitioner refunded the treatment cost for my back but did not refund the fourth IPL session on my face, stating that I could use it at a later date. Of course I didn't use it due to my bad experience with my back. After posting this review, she contacted me and asked me what she could do to make the experience right and has thus refunded me the full amount I paid.I know she is genuinely sorry for the experience which I appreciate and I recognise I may be an isolated case, but the fact of the matter is, I still have skin damage almost a year later hence this review.In summary, the IPL treatment for my face went very positive but the treatment on my back was a nightmare, plus it didn’t even remove the acne marks I initially got it for. If you are considering IPL here or anywhere, make sure to ask the right questions: the practitioner's experience with your skin type, how many treatments they've done, if they've had any issues in the past. Also insist on a test patch using the same settings that would be applied for a real treatment. If I had done a test patch, I could have minimised this situation.I will really never know why my skin reacted in this manner (sensitivity, too high settings, wrong application?). That said, IPL can be successful as seen with my face, but I urge you to do your research, ask the right questions, and insist on a test patch.

Had a fantastic experience here getting a Premium Hydrafacial treatment and will be returning and recommending to other people!The lady who did my treatment (I think she may be the manager/ owner, but not sure) was really lovely and had a calming attitude. They have a very clean and professional setup. The treatment gave me fantastic skin and I was so relaxed that I even fell asleep! After a stressful work day.The clinic was extremely understanding of my busy schedule (I had to mess them about 3 times because I was unable to attend last minute) despite the fact it would have been frustrating for them.I will be coming back soon! :)

I just had my first lasering session here at Laser Skin Clinic. The lasers are medical grade, the clinic was very clean and Mahwish my clinician was both super friendly and extremely thorough. I will be coming back again!

Had a HIFU procedure few days ago. The clinic is very clean and presentable. The clinician who did the procedure was very professional and did very thorough and amazing job. Definitely will be back.
