Customer service at Secure Tech is second to none. After a short survey of my property I was provided with a comprehensive quotation and decided to go ahead. Work was completed within the timeframe specified and Secure Tech were professional and friendly.

Adam installed an intruder alarm for us and provided great service. He was friendly, knowledgeable and recommended a suitable solution for us as we didn’t really know what we needed. The quote was quick to follow and then installed within a week. The workmanship was high quality with extra time taken to ensure that any unsightly wires were well hidden.Aftercare was really good too - we needed to set up a new setting and Adam popped round to help us. Top service and excellent value.

We hired Secure Tech Systems when we decided to invest in a burglar alarm, following some break-ins in the area of London that we live in.Adam and his team were quick to respond when we enquired, offering a brilliant consultative service. They took the time to understand our needs and offered several good options to fit the bill. We picked an Ajax alarm that can be controlled by an app and gives us flexibility.Adam installed this within just a couple of hours - he was polite, courteous and did his best to let us get on with our day as he worked. Pleasingly, he was very tidy and left our place as he found it.The price for the alarm and installation was great and very competitive based on the research we did at the time.Adam has been hugely helpful in helping us get our heads round the app, and how to personalise things like sensors for when we leave the house both with and without our dog.We've only really had one issue, which was a small issue with the Ajax alarm itself but, when we called Adam for guidance, he was able to solve things for us within minutes.We've had nothing but top service since our initial enquiry.Should we ever need to consider security in any property again, we'd certainly look no further than Secure Tech Systems.

STS have been absolutely brilliant in assessing and installing my home security system. They took the time to listen to my needs and installed the system really quickly. The entire system is wireless so no ugly cables to sort, and because it is wireless the installation took only around two hours. I thoroughly recommend STS for your security needs.
