Customer service I experienced here was great.Only thing to mark it down was the wait, as others came into the shop after me and we're served before me. This may be due to the fact I went to what I thought was the till area (I am visually impaired) to seek help and look at a watch.Once I was seen to a lovely lady, blonde about 5ft 4. Helped me, she showed me the watch, allowed me to try it on, explained my options and did her best to help me and answer all of my questions.When it came to pay there was an error in store so I did have to buy the watch online and pick up from a different location but the help I received today was great. If I was local I'd definitely come back more often (if money permitted).This is my personal experience from today. Overall it was great, just the wait was a bit of a downside for me personally as I'm not very good at standing still for long. (Nothing against the staff)

I had an amazing experience yesterday with Oliver. He guided me and listened to what I wanted and I left with my dream watch. He was so helpful and friendly and really made the buying experience so easy for me. I will be coming back to this store simply because of the amazing customer service that Oliver gave to me. An asset to the company!

Ordered earrings (for a present) for collection as supposed to be quicker then delivery. On the email I received it says I can collect them from the next day, but they will send me an email. After few phone calls and a useless online chat, they just canceled my order with no further explanation.It’s a shame. They clearly have enough business, and don’t need any more!

An excellent jeweller with a good selection and superb staff.Hannah, who served us was lovely, and really took care of us.We weren't spending a fortune, but the way we were treated you'd think we were purchasing the crown jewels!She really made the whole thing a special experience!Would highly recommend H Samuel Bromley.

The person in the shop out insurance in the bill without even asking us if we want it. Extremely unprofessional attitude. I'm glad this was refundable so it didn't fly with us but I can only imagine how many people she overcharged.

I was served by Jeylan, she was so helpful and friendly. She answered any queries that I had and made the purchasing process so easy. She gave me all the information I needed and was overall so lovely. Would happily go back!

I went here for a watch and was met by Nicola who was very helpful and patient (I tried on a lot of watches!). I found one that I liked and was well-priced however my wrist didn't quite fit it. The staff quickly and efficiently adjusted the strap to my size and it was a pleasant experience.

Great costumer service from Romeo and Oliver today. I went in for the repair of an earring I had bought elsewhere. Oliver was very thorough in repairing my earring and also adjusted the other one to prevent it from breaking in the future. Very happy with my visit today
