Terrible service from like at the main reception, very slow and unhelpful and moaned and huffed and puffed at every request, gave wrong information about timings also, we could have seen a 3.40 show but said it had already started (it was 3.50 so still in trailers at that point)He Didn’t want to be there at all and it soured the experience for me and my 9 year old.We have previously been greeted by a very very helpful happy man that was very knowledgeable, may have been spoiled in the past but basic customer service would also be acceptable, Luke did not have this at all…

First time using Cineworld. Booking was easy, tickets transferred to phone Wallet which was scanned on arrival. The seats... Magic! Very comfortable with a recline feature which was welcomed and unexpected. Will certainly be cinema of choice moving forward!

Having enjoyed all the other screens at Rushden Lakes it felt about time to explore the IMAX cinema. We have membership cards so a modest upgrade was handy to be able to enjoy The Creator in IMAX.An absolutely gigantic screen and impressive sound system. Next time we will book tickets much further towards the top of the seating as sitting in the middle meant that your eyes could barely take in all the information. No bad thing though!Easy access for everyone too which is always important.

Never mind the film -- the layout is designed to impress, the lighting brings out the red and black marble to perfection. So, you are impresses, the scaleof the entrance hall sets you up for a remarkable experience. The auditorium is small, cosy, the seating is very good, so good jn fact, i would be put off chomping away on popcorn. ( railway designers take note), the seats even recline!!! There is many Starbucks in the entrance, for those, who are early, the service was good, staff where welcoming . Retail outlets to cater forfamilies having a time of there lives. Children have a large area for reducing their energy levels, seem to under professional supervision. Hygiene was good, acres of car park. With the rest of Rushden lakes, you should have an experience that gives in book, as remarkable.

Cineworld at Rushden Lakes is fully accessible. Wheelchair spaces are provided next to companion/carer seats located at the back, which means as a wheelchair user can view a film comfortably compared to being right in front of the screen as common in so many other cinemas. Lift is available. Both the accessible toilets were well maintained and very clean as seen in attached photo and don’t require a radar key to access them. There are a few negatives I noticed; the keypad in lift is not at an accessible/wheelchair height also difficult to see the numbers if visually impaired, the “companion” seats don’t have removable arm rests which would be useful to help transferring from wheelchair to seat, as it is a companion seat the only option is to stay sat in wheelchair, paying full ticket price for the privilege to sit in a wheelchair space, the self service ticket machines didn’t seem to allow choosing the accessible carer spaces but this isn’t much of an issue if buying tickets from the helpful staff at the checkout or online. Accessibility is good but can tell a small lack of disabled persons input in the design as is common.

Evening adult tickets are £12.99 each for a standard screen.Access from the front is stairs, elevator, or lift.Ticket collection point available.Plenty of food and drinks available at the counter including beer..Toilets are available once you've bought a ticket, you cannot access them without going past the ticket point.Films are monitored by a steward who walked through twice during the film to make sure all was quiet, and everyone was well behaved..The cinema feels clean, secure, and well managed..

As a Cineworld memeber, I am so happy to have Rushden 20 minutes away. All the screens have the super comfy seats with plenty of leg room. The IMAX screen is massive and worth paying extra for. Staff always helpful and serve as quickly as they can.
