Our 2 dogs have been staying at Coach Barn during our holidays for 10 years. They always come back happy and healthy. We know they are treated brilliantly so we can relax knowing they are well cared for.

We have been using Coachbarn for 13 years now for our Jack Russell. He loves his stays there, always eager to go in and equally reluctant to leave! He gets plenty of attention, walks and treats and I would recommend them highly. They were fully booked for one of our holidays this year but put us on a waiting list and we struck lucky and they were able to accommodate at the last minute.

Had to use these kennels recently as my usual kennels (Orchard Kennels) were fully booked. Never will I send my girl here again. She lost lots of weight during her stay and the smell from her was horrific. Had to take her straight home to bath her. She came home also with severe upset stomach literally having to go about every 30mins to the point where I had her checked for Parvo. Kennels excuse when I picked her up was it was the heat as we'd had a couple of warm days. Absolute nonsense. Had to starve her for 24 hours then put her on plain boiled chicken and rice until she started to get some substance back. Never once had a problem with my usual kennels and she always comes back smelling fresh and looking well looked after. Wouldn't touch this place with a barge pole. It's clearly all about the money which is obvious as soon as you pull into the driveway. You've been warned.

I have been using the kennels for a few years for my dog Buddy. He is really looked after and genuinely loved by the staff. After having a cancelled flight home, the staff even accommodated an extra night until we got home. Thank you to all the staff at Coach Barn Kennels.

I would never book this kennels ever again, I have used this kennels for my dogs purely because it is local and available, they came back looking thin like they hadn’t eaten and with fleas. My dogs have never had fleas but they came back with fleas. I gave this kennel the benefit of the doubt and made a reservation in June for holiday dates in October. I checked again with them this was available as I was concerned the exact dates may vary slightly, I was told not to worry, I went ahead and booked my family holiday to then find out they were fully booked. I then got emails with extremely poor customer service telling me it was my fault and not theirs.. imagine the stress a week before a much needed family holiday trying to suddenly find a kennel available.. she didn’t care though.. never use this kennel again and I would advise that you don’t either.

My 6 month old dog went to Coach Barn for 18 days. When I went to collect him he was happy and well looked after.As for the kennels itself, kennels and grounds where very clean. All dogs seemed happy. Staff very helpful and put you at ease.You can go to the kennels (without dog) to visit prior to booking and have a look around no booking necessary.Will definitely use again.

Couldn’t recommend coachbarn highly enough. All of the staff are so lovely and really take care of our dog- Cooper.This is the second time he has boarded @ Coach Barn kennels and both times I have collected Cooper he is very happy and bouncy. I want to say a special thanks to ‘Terri’ who always goes the extra mile in helping to keep my mind at rest when we’re away. Nothing ever feels to much. Thanks once again to CoachBarn!!
