Having tried various transcription companies who all failed to come up to an acceptable standard. I finally gave OutSec a go reluctantly. They had been recommended by a colleague and they exceeded all expectation and I can highly recommend them. The efficiency and return of files is smooth and seamless and that, combined with their free App, is a unique experience. Do not go anywhere else!

OutSec are a super company. I had no idea it was so easy to use it and have found that I now have more time to spend on promoting my new company. I can also drive to meetings and record what I need typed up on the road, send it over to OutSec and my own dedicated typist will have it back to me, within my personalised formatted word document.A quick look through, they also edit my dictation – ensures I can always meet deadlines. Using OutSec has made a significant difference to my life and am most grateful to the OutSec team. Thank you’

I have to say that when I first started working for Outsec as a typist it was a pleasure, however since the manager left and was replaced it has gone massively downbank and I barely scrape by with the work I am given. The new management are rude, don't reply to emails and have no empathy. They certainly have their favourites that's for sure!I suggest if you are looking for an audio typist job that you swerve this company and find somewhere that actually appreciates their employees!

OutSec has proved invaluable to me over the last three years. The personal service which they offer is incredible and nothing is too much trouble for them.
