It's a builders merchant I hear you say? What's to review? Well, as a builder, there is plenty that can cause aggro when visiting a merchant. Travis at petersfield gets it pretty much bang on. Yard service is excellent, health and safety in place and adhered to well. Good drinks machine (an essential sadly missing in so many other merchants), counter staff are all equally excellent, especially Ben. Discounts offered even if you don't have a full credit account, overall very good.

Absolutely disgusted with the service or lack of from petersfield tp! Ordered a month in advance with no issues only for half our order to be missing, promised delivery 3 different times each time NO ITEMS! told our stuff was in when it wasn't! Total waste of money and time

A few years ago, a Travis Perkins driver drove over our front garden lawn and drove over and therefore squished my neighbours bin, as their bin is usually situated near our garden.The only thing that improves my 1 star review to a 2 star review is that the driver went up to my neighbours door and, to my knowledge, apologised. Not to us, though, but understandably, the bin was more important.This has already been resolved, with the bin being replaced (assuming not by TP). And our garden is fixed too.

Ordered online and got a phone call within the hour to arrange delivery date. Delivery was on time, driver was fantastic, extremely helpful. Highly recommended!
