Paul negotiated our sale with the utmost professionalism, often requiring to take calls from our buyers, who are resident in the US late into the evening and in his own time. Paul at John Lake helped us purchase a lovely new house which was a big move from Wimbledon to Devon. Paul, and everyone at John Lake were excellent in every respect. Resolved any small inevitable issues along the way in a very calm and sensible way and overall provided a first class service to us as buyers. Well to start with there needs to be 10 stars and more for this Estate Agents!.Over the years since 1998 I have purchased and sold 6 houses with this amazing team of profesional Estate Agents.Nothing is ever to much for them to help you get over the line either buying or selling your home. They take the stress out of the sale and the purchase and make it a pleasurable experience rather than a stressful one. Would highly recommend John Lake Estate agents. I have been very impressed with them. They have made selling our family home as stress free as possible. Everyone I spoke with was kind, friendly and helpful. They kept us informed at every step, and guided us through the process. We were taken care of really well and I feel we got the best service. Estate agents generally get a bad name but I can honestly say John Lake is a class act and I am very glad we used them.

I first used them 10 years ago when I was dealing with the sale of my parents property and their good advice and down to earth pricing ensured a very quick sale which I was more than happy with.
