Hands down one of the best meals I’ve had simply for it’s wholesome and bold flavours.Chandra is truly passionate about what he does and how he brings his unique flare and twist to Kemptown.An absolute must on your list when you come to brighton.

One of the best Pat Thai I have ever had! Love the display of the dish and mixtures of the flavors. It is one of those dishes that will stay in the memory. Highly recommend! And it is wonderful that they mark all the calories along with the dish!(One side note: the paper straw got soft so it was not possible to scoop out the passion fruit seeds in the shake)Second time in the restaurant: a little disappointed that all the sauces are the same one with fish cake, cauliflower, and Pat thai.

This place is packed and for good reason! The food is delicious and excellent - we ordered sweetcorn cakes, bao platter, green curry and nasi goreng. Their chilli and soy sauce combo is to die for! Staff are lovely and the restaurant is a gorgeous space with lots of plants. Highly recommend!

The food were excellent, which I ordered the sambal tempeh, and the perkedel. Also, the service towards customer was top-notch. Would really come back to this restaurant.

We were in Brighton a few weeks ago and were struggling to find somewhere that we fancied for dinner. My only previous Thai experience was at a Giggling Squid and after eating there, I left thinking I did not like Thai food. Longrain blew that opinion completely out of the water. Everything was delicious! Beautifully fresh and full of flavour. The staff were so friendly and happy to answer any questions we had about the menu. The duck bao bun was absolutely insane and I’d happily do the 5 hour round trip just to go back and eat it again. This is a small, authentic restaurant that should have had a queue down the street. It’s a gem and the food is well worth a visit but the service really makes the experience. Can’t wait to go back.

Tasty food with excellent customer service. The price is great, portion is quite big. However the kitchen is a bit slow.The decoration of the restaurant reminds me back home. I will definately revisit.

Came here today with my sister as we were trying to find somewhere to eat! Food was absolutely amazing, the cocktails were fabulous! Definitely will be going here again! The staff were so lovely and cheerful too and that’s what created a great atmosphere!

I loved this restaurant so so much! The place is quiet, relaxing, surrounded by beautiful plants, and the owner is incredibly gentle and sweet! We had a nice chat and he also offered us a chai latte that he made! Everything was lovely, the food was incredible and the prize was absolutely fair! Worth it!!! 100% recommended!!!!

I cannot fault the service or food at Longrain.A warm welcome was ready at the door and service given with a smile. The food was amazing with great flavours and an eye for presentation.I hope the new location is a success, and we will be back in the future to try other dishes we had our sights on.
