Do not be fooled by his politeness. He went to look at the house and kept telling me he would send the quote. I asked a couple of times and he assured he would but never did, he was happy to keep wasting my time. No apology message, nothing. There are many alternative decent people out there, avoid this time waster.

I use Adam when I need jobs doing which are too large to attempt myself. He has done decking, built a lean to and fitted a shower screen for me. Adams work is top quality and very reasonably priced. He is very professional and I cannot recommend him enough.
