Not great overall. Two stars only because of lovely nurses and one doctor. There are two main doctors and usually have others which are trainees. One main doctor is great but other always asks what I think the problem is and can be very abrupt. Have had pain for two months, was given literally a bag of different medications which have not solved the problem as he didn't know what was causing it. Need to go back to sort this pain but am quite hesitant because of how they react and make you feel.

Avoid at all cost, Drs dont do their job properlyThey dont care about people they see.I have a serious problem and they turned around and didnt even check it and sent me away to go and buy my own equipment and deal with it on my ownWith no explanation on what to doThey simply didnt careWhen I phoned up to complain the lady basically called me liar obvs didnt want to deal with he fact she has bad Drs working in ther practiceTime.to find a new doctor who will actually help!

Rang at 8 a.m & got a face to face appointment with a doctor at 14.10Medical issue in hand and on going so no complaints at all. Reception staff were very helpful

if possible id of given these 0 stars but it doesn't let you, the amounts of times ive been fobbed off with a doctor will call you and then they don't, then you ring them and they say ooh there's no note on their or all of a sudden they are having trouble accessing the records WHAT A JOKE

Why on Earth you can't speak to a doctor if you missed two calls during the day? Is someone's health less important than the amount of times you can be bothered to press the call button?

This GP practice is the worst surgery in teesside to the point where I have had to change doctors. You ring first thing on a morning and normally have have to wait 30 to 40 minutes for them to finally answer the phone whist listening to an annoying answer phone message that lasts for 35 seconds. Then when you do get through finally you just get the same excuse that there busy ( More like drinking tea and gossiping! )I find most of the doctors useless and have been fobbed off by them more times than enough. I suffer with mental health and a serious health condition but was always made to feel like I was being a nuisance all the time. I was spoken to like dirt, patronised and belittled by the main female doctor who works there. They dont listen and dont care hence why I have now changed surgeries. All I ever wanted was to be listened too and helped but that was asking too much. Avoid this place if you want decent heath care.

Generally ok Surgery but always bugged me that there's a prescribing clerk working there yet I have to travel to surgery to put a peice of a paper in the box when I need more medication instead, don't mind travelling usually but annoying during a pandemic and national lockdown and being advised to shield at home. I used to be a patient at the resolution health centre, it's been closed down 4 years and even there you could get repeats sent to your chemist over the phone.

Definitely do not recommend this surgery at all. The doctors themselves are great but the receptionists are absolutely dreadful! I have never seen so many professionals" talk down to patients in need. Shocking behaviour."

Useless. Never put prescriptions thru when they say they have. Receptionist hide out the back laughing and joking while leaving the box of prescriptions on the counter out the front for anyone to help themselves.Doctors pretty much clueless. If you manage to get an appointment they ask you what you think the problem is. before the literally google the symptoms in front of you.
