Oh my goodness me, never have I ever encountered such a rude shop assistant as I did today. The lady who was behind the till on todays date at around noon was absolutely appalling. No smile limited speaking. When I got to till demanded i go to other till if I had things to be weighed even though it didn't need to be. She tried for all of two seconds to scan the bard code before throwing her scanner down and saying it won't scan as if that's all she was willing to do about it, never asked if I could make it bigger for her or what she would like me to do just went back to looking at anything but me as though I was a burden on her day. I managed to get it zoomed in for her to which she reluctantly scanned. Practically chucked the receipt at me. I've never had someone so unwilling to even meet eye contact or even fake a smile or pretend she wanted me in the shop. And she was just the same to the person before me. I've never seen such terrible customer service at one point I couldn't even stop myself from a little laugh at the blatant rudeness. She is by far letting that shop down as I won't be returning. From what I've heard and seen alot of people won't he either.

I had my worst experience in the UK in this shop. The woman at the till is the most rude person whom I ever met in a shop service. I don't understand somebody like her. Why does she work in a shop if she obviously hates it?

Very rude lady who handles till. She don’t know the words like please or thank you.

After several encounters with the shop owner where she has been incredibly impolite and just downright rude i refuse to go here anymore.

I can only add to the other reviews about how incredibly rude the lady on the till is.Trying to collect a parcel from the post office, it’s a completely unorganised mess.“You should have come at a different time”It’s 6pm, I just got off work, Its not exactly being unreasonable coming at this time - and if it is then maybe close the shop?If you can, just avoid coming here. Genuinely the worst customer experience I’ve ever had.

Lovely woman who owns the shop and is great to chat to. A wide variety of items in the shop too

Really nice woman behind the counter, asked me about my day and was very smiley, she also was very helpful to the woman posting a parcel in front of me. I think the negative reviews have been written by people with a racial motivation.
