When we requested a quote from Andy Hizzard, the one stipulation we made was that the new porch had to blend into the existing building - and this is exactly what we achieved. From start to finish the quality of the workmanship was excellent and the attention to detail second to none. Would definitely recommend. Well done Andy and his team.

Andrew Hizzard is a rude angry man which makes dealing with him impossible. He took a sizeable deposit immediately for my overpriced roof repairs of £3000 but I had to wait months for the job to commence. Andrew never returns phone calls or writes messages.A couple of weeks after completion my neighbour's roofer noticed a hole in my roof and loose eaves guards. When I reported the faults to Andrew under the terms of the guarantee he put the phone down on me. The repairs were made but a week later half of the eaves guards fell off my garage. Andrew is not returning my calls and messages.As a recently widowed elderly woman, and from the way Andrew speaks to me, I am not optimistic that the 10 year guarantee will ever be honoured.

Was only a small job in comparison to most but Andy is a lovely bloke. Window looks great. My little girl was very interested in him fitting the window Andy couldnt accommodate enough and explained what he was doing and why until she was fed up :)Price was fair, turned up when he said, took all his rubbish. I would highly recommend Hizzard windows and will certainly be using them again when I have my doors changed. Thank you so much :)

Had our conservatory brought into the 21st century by Andy and his Team.Their quotes beat all others we'd already had, and suggested lots of extras to make it look better these were offered for a great price and from his experience he was right as it looks great.Had all new frames and glass as well as a warm roof fitted. Service was great from start to finish. The team was always accommodating with keeping us up to date of progress throughout the fitting. After deciding not to have aluminium, we had 4 uPVC windows and a sliding uPVC door (all 1st floor) installed this week by Hizzard Windows who came out to Wakefield for us. They also fitted a steel lintel above one of the new windows, after surveying the situation earlier. Their work was excellent and we can thoroughly recommend this firm. The two guys who did the work, assisted by 2 others for a short time, were tidy, conscientious and hard working. They worked quickly and carefully, after spreading dust sheets in the house where necessary. They were polite and approachable. They tidied up thoroughly and took away all the old uPVC windows they'd removed. Also fitted an extra ledge under the bathroom window for us. We thoroughly recommend this firm, who we are planning to have back to replace the windows at the front of the house.

Couldn't recommend highly enough. Had a new bathroom window fitted and I was working to a tight deadline. Andy arrived promptly, understood exactly what we wanted and gave a very reasonable price. The fitters were polite, professional and efficient. Did a brilliant job and the window looks fantastic. Will definitely be using Andy's services again.

Absolutely love my new front door, my initial consultation with Andy was very professional he showed us brochures and advised us that there was a longer wait for the better standard composite doors but it was well worth the wait and a great price compared to other quotes we had received.The fitters who installed my door were great, clean, tidy and ensured my door was fitted to perfection, Kev even gave us a lesson in how it all worked and made sure we could use it before he left. This company cut an opening in the wall and fitted a pvc door in the garage. They have done a first class job. The door is of a high quality and 10 year guarantee. The fitters and builder were very professional, polite and friendly. Excellent company and we highly reccomend them . Thanks for doing a great job.
