Lou's Pawfect Groom

We took our Bicton frise for a trim , we have a groomer for him but he was due to be trimmed and they had a family bereavement so we went to LouiseI was horrified beyond belief , she had absolutely scalped him except for his ears , he was a handsome dog but now looks illHe is depressed now and its so sad to seeLouise should have said she couldn't cut his style or if she had a problem could have called first before hacking him , my wife collected him and was so shocked and distressed she just paid and left , I cant believe she took our money . I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE NOT USING LOUISE SHE SHOUKD BE BANNED FROM CUTTING DOGS

Lou is amazing at what she does ! She fixed my samoyeds fur for us after I botched it trying to do it myself, I went to multiple places nobody wanted to touch her . Lou not only sorted it out but she came back looking and smelling lovely. She even put a cute bandana on her which I thought was a lovely touch she didn't have to .The price was less than I expected for such a large hairy dog .Would highly recommend to anyone . Skilled and caring ❤️

I have a very anxious three year old romanian rescue dog, She has never liked going to the groomers and will snap at the groomer. She has been going to Lou monthly now for the last 6 months. Lou has worked with her and gets a little bit more done everytime we go. I have to stay during the groom to help Lou as my dog can be tempramental.Lou always explains everything she is going to do to me, and if my dog starts to react or becomes stressed then Lou stops straight away, she gives my dog lots of love, fuss and attention all the way through the groom. Lou goes the extra mile and gets treats in that she knows my dog likes, and has been reading up on tips to help anxious dogs so that she has been able to work with my dog whilst keeping her calm and making her feel safe. As a result my dog has let Lou clip her claws today- something which she normally hates, and she left the groom room happy, relaxed and contented.Lou is by far the most patient, thorough best groomer I have found in my 16 years of having dogs.

Teddy came back home looking gorgeous and was so calm, which she always does after a relaxing session with Lou from Lou’s Pawfect Groom. Thank you so much Lou for turning Teddy back into a Westie from the over scruffy fluffy dog that we sent to you. Lou is a lovely lady who does an amazing job and I would recommend her to everyone x

I was anxious about having my puppy Teddy groomed after a less than perfect groom elsewhere pre-lockdown. Lou disussed what I wanted and was patient with him. I'm very happy with the groom, the cut was just what I wanted. You could say Pawfect!

Pablo's second visit to Lou this time for a full Christmas pamper session including Lou's mud fur shedding treatment. He looked great and smelled wonderful. Lou really cares about her work and you feel 100% confident with her approach and care for your precious one. She's such as lovely caring person and makes your pet feel special. Highly recommend her services.

My dog is really nervous, but she always come out looking gorgeous and with a new bow in her hair. I always stay and have a lovely chat with Lou while she works (not all groomers let you stay). I highly recommend Lou's Pawfect Groom.

Excellent groomer. Please do not read the previous experience who gave a negative review. My dog is a nervous shy type and Lou was great with her. As it was my dogs first time having a groom, Lou explained everything. She made sure Poppy was comfortable at each stage of the groom. I was recommended and I will be recommending others. She really does help to make a dog feel calm in what must seem like a stressful situation when they don't know what is going to happen. I wouldn't let the previous bad review put you off. I will definitely be recommending
