If your white British age between 20 35 walking into this store husbands and wife or with a girlfriend or boyfriend don't take shopping bags because you will both be refused to entry upon entering at the same time by an Asian security guard very rude absolutely disgusting

My Husband returned some items for me that I had bought online. Four were in the bag, however they only refunded 3. They checked their CCTV and said 4 hangers came out of the bag but only 3 items. I packed these myself so I think the staff member didn't check the bag properly and put it in the bin still inside of the bag. I'm now expected to pay for an item I don't have. Not happy. Wont be buying here again!!

This store has some beautiful clothing options for both genders and all ages. There are even celebratory items here especially Christmas products: clothing, decorations, toys, stationery, kitchenware and pillows. The price is great for majority of items. The building looks like a warehouse with beautiful items.I can recommend this to anyone based on needs.

Nice store lovely fashion always buy something when visit my only complaint is only give 14 days return most shops give 28 days not always easy for me to revisit shop in 14 days

I always find what I'm looking for whether is a towel or a dress. Great selection of clothes and home decor, shoes, etc. Highly recommend.

Here at Matalan, they have loads on sale, most of its right in the back corner. They have a self service till also. There is always room for your pushchairs and I love the baby and children's clothes. The fit well and wash great. There is a car park just outside and all on the ground floor so no problems if your in a wheelchair etc.

The place is huge and they have lots of dresses to choose from. I went to buy the uniform for my kid and bought all of them from there at a good price. For such a huge store, there is no washroom available even for kids. After few washes also, the quality of clothes are very good. Updating to 5 stars

Popped in to pick up a in-store collection. It's seem tidy but a little quiet during my visit. The queue for the tills was fast moving and my interaction with the staff was a pleasant one. No problems at with the vist.

I love this matalan been to a few but this one is so much better whether its the lay out, or the sales or both I don't know but it a feel good shop. Clean tidy staff are helpful.

They don't have locks on the baby trolleys and I keep getting them dumped down my road when people steal them to save paying for a taxi. I never used to have dumped trolleys down my road before Matalan opened at the Pompey Centre.
