AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTWish I could give zero stars! Found a scooter online that I wanted to view, it stated that there was 1 in stock in Newport. First of all, I attempted to contact Newport store via phone to make sure it was available before I travelled from Swindon. There are no phone numbers to call the store!I travelled all the way from Swindon as I was very interested in this scooter, only to be told by the rude red head woman that they have 2 scooters downstairs but she didn't know which one worked so didn't know which one was going to be sent for repair. I told her it said available on the website and her response was I can't take it down."This could have saved me a wasted journey and a waste of my time. I suggest you firstly update your stock online and secondly train your staff on customer service!"

Had such a wonderful experience both staff members Callum and Colin were very helpful and informative of the questions I was asking. I got what I needed very quickly because of them will shop here again

This place doesn't even deserve one star, but couldn't leave a review otherwise. Visited this store today and I will never return!! The customer service is really bad!! The woman with the red hair was sooo rude and just didn't want to help, appalling customer service, so don't bother going there

This is a large CEX shop and is spilt over two levels with video games on the ground floor and dvds upstairs.The shop was very light and easy to navigate. The air-conditioning was very welcome as it was quite a warm day when we visited.We visited to return an item bought online and found the process very straightforward. We were served by a friendly member of staff who was happy to help us with our return and processed it for us in a timely manner.The shop entrance is wheelchair accessible but we did not notice whether the shop had a lift to provide access to the upper floor. The staff members we spoke to were very friendly and helpful so I'm sure they would be happy to collect something from upstairs if they don't have a lift. The shop also offers a free 'click and collect' service on their website with collection from the tills on the ground floor.

Don't bother going here took my games in yesterday and the red headed girl who clames to be the manger chucked one back at me an told me they couldn't take it cuse it's amarican she then when on to ask me if I had ID after taking my games out of the cases and I said no she then said I need ID to verify my post code and I told her normally I just give my post code and that's fine she then when on to say we'll im the manger and I'm not going to change the policy very rude

Went to hand in my Xbox one, which failed testing due to a button that isn’t responsive. So I asked which button it was and the man serving me didn’t know, and the woman in the testing bay just gave a snobby response and said it’s one of them. With the terrible serves I then left with my console. I tested it again at home and the controller works perfectly fine. Don’t go there, the woman talks to people like trash and tell you something doesn’t work when it works perfectly fine.

If you want to be ripped off by all means go to cex I had a phone worth £1.500.00 they tried to scam me by quoting me £55.00 for my s21 ultra what a scam never trust cex even buying items from them they charge extortionate prices for second/ third hand items

Took my airpods to this store to sell/exchange towards a pair of Google buds but was told by a Callum H that they were fake solely based on them playing spot the difference with another pair of second hand airpods they had in store. I knew they weren't fake as I had them from the apple store so I went to Cwmbran store and they confirmed they were genuine
